Is it the lack of experience my coach has? (coach=manager) or is it something else? Need help fast otherwise that 4 and 1/2 game lead will demolish to 0 and soon drop to negatives. |

The two things I find most helpful are checking my lineup and making sure I've got the right players batting in the right spots. Second, check the games that you're losing and determine which pitchers are giving up those runs and if they should really be in different roles or have tighter management constraints (pitch count, hook etc.).
