I *think* its not supposed to have a negative effect on their training, you just don't get a very good view of them. The primary reason this happens is if the player is under skilled. My understanding is that their is a kind of kickball draft that happens for all minor games before they are played. If your guy isn't good enough to start he may end up sitting the bench the whole game. | ||
