I'm actually having the same problem of the sign button doing nothing now.

Am I locked in to the first guy I grabbed?

No...you shouldn't be.

It looks like you were able to sign Sean Pratt...where you trying to sign somebody else after him?

• Jan 20 2024: Sean Pratt was hired as the new manager.
• Jan 20 2024: Brent Bush was fired as manager.

Thanks,

Steve

Yes, I found an option that had a more favorable scouting report and was attempting to sign him but clicking the button didn't do anything.

Said manager is no longer available now (but I double-checked after clicking the sign button and he was still listed as "Available" as of making the previous post) so I guess it's moot now.

I'll stick with what I have for now and see how he pans out until I come to understand the new system.

Is he still listed as available and you can't sign him? If so, please mail me the name/number.

Thanks,

Steve

None that I saw. Could still be some ok ones out there if you look hard enough.

Mark Barrett- good offensive manager and trainer.
Cory Koch- good at rebuilding a team.
Lee Pope- good defensive manager and trainer.
Fernando Porras- better than average manager.

no, Steve. He's no longer available. I said he was still available when I first posted that I couldn't sign him (which I checked on after hitting the button and have it seemingly do nothing).

Seeing him still listed as available confirmed he wasn't mine.

By the time I got home from work and looked him up again to respond to you, he was already with another team.

That's why I said I'll just see how the one I got pans out and observe the manager system.
