Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9599 Haverhill Halflings III.1	He is a little old to retool him at CF. If you do I would put him in LF or RF so he can learn the OF position. Personally I like all of my players to have a positive hitting report. On my team the optimal CF will have high range, a decent arm, and very high hitting with at least one of [Bat Control or Plate Discipline] also being high. I leave the power up to the corners.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9599 Haverhill Halflings III.1	If he manages to max out by age 30, I'd project Gutierrez to be something like: Hitting - 12 Bat Control - 17 Plate Discipline - 10 Power - 16 Fielding - 11 He has a long ways to go to max out though. Given a choice, I'd swap hit his BC + PD - but as a newer team, you need to find places for your 14-pots, not count the gift horses teeth. If you've got another CF-type with better fielding near the majors, I'd think about moving the RF + right-center fence back and moving him to RF ... unless you have some very-good LH/switch power hitting. A medium-low hit skill can def play well in lower-level leagues ... Chad Only other thing I'd suggest ... make sure he's "++" stealing before spring training starts. "Run, forest, run" If he's like Jordan his speed counts more than a guy like Mondragon
