Here's a perfect example from last night's waiver wire. There were only three of us who were interested in his services, but he's better than many active players. | ||

He might have had an above average potential scouting comment. His four scouting skills only total 44 so it might have said above average. I know I've seen 42 without any comments, though. | ||
