Here's a perfect example from last night's waiver wire. There were only three of us who were interested in his services, but he's better than many active players.

He might have had an above average potential scouting comment. His four scouting skills only total 44 so it might have said above average. I know I've seen 42 without any comments, though.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9601 Haverhill Halflings III.1	I don't think the overall scouting grade is based on the individual scouting grades. I think its based on the player ability overall. 13 POT guys are general "good" not "above average".

When i took the team i had Hess in the minors (choosen by cpu), and he's been a useful player since i called him up. Updated Tuesday, April 28 2015 @ 1:34:30 am PDT
