Razzle Joined: 03/21/2015 Posts: 130 Inactive	http://brokenbat.org/player/84915 Haynes was given the Green arrow up to the majors. I moved him up and have been playing him so he can gain experience. Problem is he is having a horrible time. What is best way to get the best out of him in the long run?

newtman Joined: 11/02/2013 Posts: 3343 Inactive	If he's recommended for the majors at 22, he will get better fastest at the major league level and should hit his optimal SI cap. 55 at bats is still a very small sample size, and 7 steals with so few times on base is very encouraging. He'll get better, there are usually rookie growing pains.
