I wonder how much better a 17 pot player is vs a 13 or 14 pot player with the same scouting report.

That has to hurt letting that guy sit there and grow. And knowing you can NOT mess that up. Its going to end up a 6 or 7 season wait for that guy. Mind you, im still super envyous.

You talking about Mercado? He's already pretty well developed and he's in AA. I imagine it will only be 3 or 4 more years before he's ready. Granted he's already had him for a couple seasons.
