I think it might be a little high. I was just promoted from 6 to 5 and I had mine set around 20k. I usually filled up, so I could have gone a little higher. My prestige and fan happiness is/was higher than yours. I'm still fairly new and with the new changes coming, take my advice with a grain of salt.

I've actually played the game on and off for about 2 years, still don't know some of the basics. :P

The break-even point for additional seats is at 14 sold-out games per season. If your stadium is sold out half the time, it is way too small.

How many less tickets do I sell in Spring Training than I would in Regular Season?

That's no comparison at all. Spring training attendance is tiny and seems to be fairly evenly distributed. I don't think it gives any information on what to expect for the season.
