Haselrig Joined: 04/13/2014 Posts: 2790 Novi Doubledays III.4 | For me, I'd say anybody in your minors who has less than 12 potential squares. 11 or lower will take years to develop and not be very good when they get to the bigs. Even if they develop perfectly. Pitchers with scouting reports that mention a lack of control are also guys who should be looked at. |

To go along with the above advice, you can consider the positions that your prospects will be playing. If you've got 3-4 1B prospects all around the same age (just picked 1B randomly - didn't look), that would be a place to either cut or groom other positions. |
