The only way to increase revenue is to sell more tickets; to do this you need happier fans; and to do that you need better results. Not easy when money is tight. It is no help to say this now but your ballpark is too big. Despite being close to the recommended size your average league attendance leaves it less than half-full and every empty seat is costs you. Better a constantly full stadium than the occasional extra cup revenue you have been getting. But you can do nothing about that now so the only costs you can cut are your player and manager salaries. As you have been doing, you only hope appears to be fewer Terrell Stewart's and more Shawn Burton's. I hope this helps, but I suspect you knew most of this already. Good luck finding in some cheap talent. |
