You will need to work out your Finances

Income:
  • TV and Radio rights are the same every week and depend on what division you are in
  • Merchandise sales variable, but roughly the same each week
  • Ticket sales very variable from week to week as you only get income from home league games (cup games are split)

Outgoings
  • player salaries, same each week unless you trade
  • manager and coaches salaries are the same each week (if your move a player from the minors to the majors his salary will go up from $0.2m to $0.5m
  • ballpark expenses the same each week, depends on the size of your ball park (don't make it over large)
  • miscellaneous expenses are variable but roughly the same; taxes are variable but likely to increase if you take control of your financial situation start making more profit

The costs you can control are the player and manager salaries and ballpark expenses. Attendances will fluctuate with the fan mood which is mostly dependent on your results

There are ten financial periods a season, these run friday to thursday

I have another question.

If two players have the same in everything, from skills to experience even position.

Will they play the same way?

Yes, but there is a lot of random/luck with every pitch and at bat. So that doesn't mean they'll both end the season with exactly the same batting average or ERA.

It depends what roles these old players are filling. If you have too many are on your roster it's difficult to have continuous success. As they lose skills and retire.
