I set my bullpen before this season started, and my right handed specialist/set up man has 69 innings so far, while the normal set up man has just 27 and the left handed specialist has 22 innings.

Why is he getting so many? This specific pitcher doesn't have the greatest skill set so I put him as a RHS specifically so he wouldn't get overexposed which is clearly not happening. How do I fix this issue?

What it the earliest inning that right handed specialist Meyer will come in? How does that compare to Setup man Bolden?

What about their hook settings? Are you leaving Meyer in longer than Bolden?

Choi (LHS) and Meyer (RHS) are both at a First Inning of 6 and a Hook of 4. Bolden (SET) is at a First Inning of 8 and a Hook of 3.

I notice a lot of times that Meyer is brought in at the end of a game, around the 7th, 8th, or 9th and is just left in instead of going to Bolden. He's also left in for long periods of times (> 2 innings).

The system uses the RHS a lot when you're behind late in the game. Someone's got to do it, and I guess it makes sense to save the closer and setup for when you're winning.
I can imagine such statistics can result from operating your starters on a high pitch count and fatigue limit combined with a tight hook: When they're doing fine, they'll pitch deep into the game, often going straight to the closer with little work for setup. When they have a bad day, they get pulled early, maybe not early enough for the long reliever, you burn up your middle reliever(s), and the only one left for mopup against a righty-heavy lineup is the RHS. If your long reliever doesn't get too much work you might try raising the first inning your MR comes in. Having your setup man ready in the 7th may also help leveraging his abilities better.
