admin Joined: 01/27/2010 Posts: 4985 Administrator	They are eligible for Rookie/Rookie Pitcher of the Year is they didn’t play more than 30% of the previous season. There is no requirement for the current season…but you’d have to have better overall numbers to beat out all the other rookie candidates. Steve
