JJNZ Joined: 12/09/2014 Posts: 1580 Yakima Monster III.3	(Steve is this is inappropriate due to ages of some users by all means delete it!) With the BB (broken bat) season going through its slow point, I think I'd bring up my other favourite BB (beer brewing!) I've only recently got into it, and am currently enjoying my first batch, an orange coriander wheat beer - a brew from the can batch. My second is on the way now, a Belgian Ale with a couple of extracts added as an experiment. I've spent this evening working out what I'll do next and have decided on an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), from the can but I'll add hops during the brewing process, and I'm going to add a different strain of yeast than what is recommended in an attempt to come up with an IPA that is more to my liking (less bitter, more aroma). Does anyone else do their own brewing? I'd be interested in comparing methods, results, and disaster stories!
