Crushing it on hitting, but Herrera, Sanchez and Dozier can only take me so far.

I wish I had drafted a closer, however.

Hearty congratulations to Frank on the 2016 Broken Bat Rotisserie championship. Pretty impressive (nearly) wire-to-wire run. looking forward to doing it again next season now that i know how to play :)

Congrats!
Since I haven't looked at it since the first week, let's take a peek...
Wow. 11th out of 20. Not bad. And what an offense. Third most points even with three guys in the lineup all year who had less than 300 combined at bats!

Next year if it's a weekly lineup I'll play and actually participate. 😀

Congratulations to Laredo and Haselrig. Very pleased with our own third place given we were lying in last place early on.

It was noticeable that the teams who could make regular changes were able to do best so maybe a weekly setup would make it more convenient and thus more competitive.

For me the roster went too deep, as this too would mean there is enough tale around for teams to make changes.

Anyway whatever the case I really appreciated and enjoyed the challenge and felt much more engaged with the MLB season as a consequence. Thanks for setting it up.

Wow...managed to crawl up to 13th towards the end. Season was doomed by drafting too many starters and then seeing them get injuried.

I think if I'd have managed waivers better early on, I would have had a shot. I passed on some solid players that would have helped me to get a utility player who hardly played.

Frank are you going to run one of these again this year? I'm happy to, but don't want to claim your thunder if you have one in store already!

Yeah, it's about Rotisserie time...

It doesn't really matter who starts the league. On ESPN, there's no particular perks entitled to the league manager.

Besides the fact that i dony have the tablet anymore, and the mobile is cumbersome to use, I feel it's better if we rotate management, to make it as communal as possible.

So be my guest: go on and Start it!

Maybe we should hear what's people's preferences first.
I didn't like the daily lineups!
It took too much time to check today's starters (couple hours per day!). I'm not gonna spend so much time again on it

I understand ESPN does that to create traffic on the site, but I'd prefer a weekly set up.
Also, my choice for very large rosters, and deep bench, didn't work out as expected: I was looking for room to keep prospects, it turned out to be a way to "platoon" (again, because of the daily lineup)

Also, there's no need for 20 teams if several owners are gonna be inactive. Better less people, and to have competition on waivers claims
