Crunchtime Joined: 05/23/2013 Posts: 141 Inactive | I don't recall there being any player progress during the off-season, just regression due to age. Would it be possible to have the training continue ala off-season training camps? If I'm a player in the minors looking to break into the bigs, I wouldn't be taking any time off, I don't imagine they stay idle either. It might be also a way to assist with the speed at which players progress discussions as of late. |

If there could be a programmed formula to select 4 players from each team (2 batters and 2 pitchers) to create 2 winter league teams (east and west) from each league, they could get extra training.
