Jimmy W Joined: 05/01/2020 Posts: 243 Inactive	Do the Manager ratings move with success or locked in? If locked, then how about that's changed so like players they can improve - especially with player development. So if a team is getting better than that number moves too? Jim

wuggla Joined: 05/10/2013 Posts: 1059 Colorado Springs Vultures VI.28	1st wrong Forum. Post in Help. I do not under stand? Ratings for manager don't exist. Skills are hidden for 3-5 seasons. Skills never change for manager.

Rock777 Joined: 09/21/2014 Posts: 9600 Haverhill Halflings III.1	@wuggla - He is making a suggestion, its just based on incomplete information. @Jim - As wuggla said, managers don't improve, but their ratings change. Unlike players, they perform at their maximum abilities from day 1. But their real ability is hidden. It reveals over the course of about 5 seasons. So you will see the ratings change as they are in the league for longer, but their real ratings are set on day 1.

I do know how the system works now - hence my putting this in 'suggestions' as it seems a trick missed as Managers - like players - improve with time and experience. Players are catered for - much less so managers. By the way, I am more than happy with my manager as just finished second to a Bot with a 90-70 record, so beating all of my goals for the year!
