Without really fully understanding how it works, if i could make any change, i would consider making the form adjustments a little slower. Instead of form changing in one day - of our time, real life time - i would let it adjust maybe every few days instead. One inning of subpar play seems a little quick to send some guy from very hot to very cold, in my opinion. Respectfully.

But the "Form" you see on Latest Statistics (or the player's page) is strictly showing your their recent performance. Its based on recent AVG or ERA, so it should be taken with a grain of salt (OPS is much more important than AVG), and it is not an indicator of how well the player will do if you play him in the next series.
