With POT being fuzzier, imagine this scenario. Two players are drafted. One is a 13 POT. He is in reality a 11 POT. And so his owner figures that out after awhile, and dumps him. The other guy is an 11 POT. He is actually a 13 POT. But that doesn't matter, because he got cut the moment he was drafted, and so he never develops, cuz he's a free agent. We're gonna see a serious dip in talent if this isn't addressed. There will be farrrrr more downward POT changes than upward ones, because the guys who might pop up aren't given a chance, since minors slots are limited in this game.
