| As I was peroozing the waiver wire for some diamonds in the rough, I noticed a lot of guys who missed a whole year or two still having very large salaries. It would make sense for these guys to have significant salary decreases the longer they dont see action because realistically guys would take closer to a min salary to get back in the game. This would also provide access to a larger pool of players and allow a team to take a chance on a guy without a severe financial penality.
