Like it could look like this: United States Appearances: x First Appearance: 20xx Most Recent Appearance: 2031 Championships: x All-Time Record: x-y Best Finish: Champions (20xx, 20xx, 20xx) Nicaragua: Appearances: x First Appearance: 20xx Most Recent Appearance: 20xx Championships: 0 All-Time Record: x-y Best Finish: Round 2 (20xx) etc. etc.
