LCabral23 Joined: 08/19/2012 Posts: 95 Inactive | I was thinking about the addition of an "Assistant Manager" who would take over the training/player development. Basically: remove "player development" from the Managers (which won't matter since they are all 3's) and then break down "player development" for a second manager, the assistant. It would probably be 3 simple catergories: pitching, fielding, and batting. And the variables would be the same as the manager: 1 to 5 for each catergory. This could eliminate the need for the "training" too all together. |
