Philliesworld Joined: 10/17/2014 Posts: 785 Blacksburg Bulldogs III.3 | In real baseball some players develop faster than others, would their be a way in this game to have something like work ethic, and the higher the work ethic the faster the development.(also the coaches player dev. included as a factor) That way as in real life some players are playing in the majors at 20-21 years old, and others at 23 or 24. | ||

Philliesworld Joined: 10/17/2014 Posts: 785 Blacksburg Bulldogs III.3 | No I know that they don't train at the same rate I just thought their could be a work ethic skill that we could see so we would know if they will train easier and faster then others, I don't know if you maybe wanted that way so that you have to keep the player for a while to see if they do or not, but in real life you most times know if the player is a hard worker or not. | ||

He hit .370 in AA last year and ended up with 17 HRs and went 24/28 in steals in the majors. He is recommended for AA. If I play him at AAA, will he ever be recommended for AAA? |
