In real baseball some players develop faster than others, would their be a way in this game to have something like work ethic, and the higher the work ethic the faster the development.(also the coaches player dev. included as a factor) That way as in real life some players are playing in the majors at 20-21 years old, and others at 23 or 24.

Hmmm....you seems to suggest that all players and skills are training at the same rate now. Is that really true?

No I know that they don't train at the same rate I just thought their could be a work ethic skill that we could see so we would know if they will train easier and faster then others, I don't know if you maybe wanted that way so that you have to keep the player for a while to see if they do or not, but in real life you most times know if the player is a hard worker or not.

Some things we're better off not knowing the exact values of.

I have a guy who is 23 now with 106 SI, 16 Hitting and 14 Bat control. He hit .370 in AA last year and ended up with 17 HRs and went 24/28 in steals in the majors.

He is recommended for AA.

If I play him at AAA, will he ever be recommended for AAA?
