joelwest Joined: 05/09/2012 Posts: 0 Inactive	WHIP is a better predictor than ERA of future performance. for my own teams it is what I use to assign pitcher role (not ERA) FIP would also be useful if there is room FIP = (13HRA + 3BB - 2K) / IP + 3.10 FIP is an even better predictor than WHIP of future pitcher performance since it ignores fielding it would also be useful if a column for stamina of the pitcher assigned to the pitching role is shown. this would avoid mistakes of putting a RP into a SP role. since the update should be for roles (see other suggestion) the pitcher stamina should be grayed out) along with their name a rule could be set up to turn stamina color from gray to red if a pitcher is assigned as SP but stamina is below a set value (around 10 or 11)
