FurySK Joined: 02/07/2015 Posts: 299 Inactive	I've mostly stopped updating this in recent weeks, as most of my players have hit the point where their gains have stopped for various reasons (3 seasons in the majors, full build, hit a cap on one of their skills). The last two+ seasons of updates shows how much growth can occur when you give about 15 players full playing time in the majors together. You experience growth of almost 6 SI across all positional players and 11 SI across all pitchers. It turns into roughly +1.0 RF per season and -1.0 RA per season. This should stand as proof going forward that you don't need veterans to compete. I do have one or two contributing, but 1 .900 ops hitter will win you a handful more games, not win your 40 more.
