Frustrating offseason took an unexpected turn this morning...I had put in over 80 claims since the season flip and won ZERO last week.

With no draft on Friday to force roster moves, the pickings are/will be predictably slim all week. So my offseason looked like it would yield nothing...

Lo and behold, I wake up to find I had won a 91 claim war for Angel Sanchez!

Would I still like to have won at least one claim on a projectable pitcher last week? Sure...but I can't complain about the offseason anymore.

I've won zero claims this season, here's to hoping that this post will help break the streak.

Congrats on Hatton! I was hoping he'd end up on a legitimately active team. ^.^

Yes! Restrictions are removed from my team. Look out free agent market, I've got roster spots now!

@Wickersty

I almost died laughing when I clicked that link. I'm afraid that's NOT a good free agent. :-D

Players that can help teams compete for a season or two do occasionally make it through waivers to free agency, but Herp Derp has the right idea... if they are good enough to help out then posting a link to them in the forums is a good way to see them signed by any random person browsing the forums (including potentially division rivals) so it is not very wise now that the search options are much greater than they were 12 seasons ago.
